Depending on the type, classes draw from a multitude of training methods including: isometric, eccentric, LIRT, LIIT, HIIT, calisthenics, plyometrics, Pilates, barre, cardio, sculpt, yoga, bodyweight, strength, stability, wellness, boxing, and kickboxing resulting in a completely unique, effective, core-centric and whole body workout.
